Gabriel Bermúdez, known as Gabriel Berm, is a Costa Rican director, 3D animator, and writer. He was born in San Jose on March 3rd, 2000. Gabriel is known for his films including animated ones that have earned him international recognition in Europe, Asia and America. He has over 10 years of writing and directorial experience. Some of his written works, which include short stories and poems can be found on his personal website. He currently works in creative direction.

Artist's Statement
For me, filmmaking is the ultimate form of artistic expression. It challenges us to rethink our purpose and meaning in life. Since I was a little kid, I have dreamed of becoming a filmmaker, and I am tremendously happy to have completed my first animated short film.
